When you create a Route-Code, we store the URL you entered and generate a unique Route-Code for you.
When a user enters your Route-Code, we redirect them to the URL you entered.

For example:
You see a cute cat video on your pc and want to share a link to your phone but the URL is very long, hard to remember and you don't want to type it in. So you create a Route-Code for it.
Now you just have to open routeto.page on your phone, enter the Route-Code and you will be redirected to the video.
